Vibrating Screen for food- powders or -granules consits of: - Product-touching parts are made of grinded stainless steel Aisi 304 (Ra 0,8) - Screen deck h=118mm without oversize outlet, complete screen disc with tensioned mesh - Silicone seal and fastening ring with quick-clamp fastener to facilitate maintenance work (mesh size has to be defined) - Bottom with D250 outlet + BFM connection - Double-sided motor vibrators with stainless steel cover - Mounted on stainless steel springs and frame in Aisi - Junction box Cover in grinded stainless steel 1.4301 with D500 inlet + BFM connection (no inspection door, no vent), V-seal of silicone Screen is supplied with Atex components and certification for zone 22 outside and zone 20 inside (marking: II 3D Exh III C T135°C Dc)
